these brooches are a discourse about identity, territory, sexuality, body and craft. inspired by the courtship ritual of kippah knitting found in  the national-religious sector in israel. the brooches are characterized by phallic-conical shapes affected by   the force of gravity. these knitted volumes reference  body shapes.
